The project consists of demolition, water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements, construction of a splash pad, and sidewalk, parking lot, and site improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Online bidders are required to deliver the original certified check, bank money order, or bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to the address indicated. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work, or to omit portions of the work, as may be deemed necessary, with the contract price adjusted accordingly. The project is funded in part with funds from the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Program. Conformance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act domestic procurement is required for some aspects. There are no federal wage rates for this project.
