Reagan County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the construction of 2025 SealCoat Road Project. Documents attached list the county roads in Reagan County to be included in Bid. Bidders are expected to inspect the sites ofwork and to inform themselves regarding the scope ofwork and all local conditions Reagan County has the right to accept any bid deemed to be advantageous.Bidders are expected to inspect the sites of work and to inform themselves regarding the scope of work and all local conditions. Any questions may be addressed to the County Auditor's office,P.O.Box 100, Big Lake, Texas, 76932, (325) 884-2233. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Reagan County. The envelope should have the name of the bidder and the name of the project "2025 Seal Coat Road Project"on the outside of the envelope. If submitted by mail or delivery service, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Reagan County Clerk's Office, P.O. Box 100, 300 N. Plaza, Big Lake, Texas 76932.All bids must be made on the required Bid form. The Project must be completed and billed on or before September 15, 2025, to comply with fiscal year budgeting. Bid Bonds,certified checks or cashier's checks, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of each bid submitted. The Bid Bonds of the successful bidder will be retained until the Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds have been executed and approved,after which they will be returned. Reagan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities, informalities or minor defects, or to accept the proposal they deem to be in the best interest of the County.Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
