Reagan County Commissioners are taking sealed bids for the Santa Rita Golf Course Irrigation Project. Sealed bids must be marked "Golf Course Irrigation" and are due by 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday, January 23, 2026, in the Office of the County Clerk, 300 N. Plaza, P.O. Box 100, Big Lake, Texas 76932. Sealed bids will be opened in a public meeting of Commissioners' Court at 9:05 a.m. (Central Time) on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the Reagan County Courthouse, 300 North Plaza, Big Lake, Texas 76932. The bidder must submit, along with the bid: - A complete and fully executed Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties (accessed online at www.ethics.state.tx.us). - A complete and fully executed Form W-9 (available online at www.irs.gov). - Proof of commercial general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate, naming Reagan County as an additional insured. - Proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by Texas Labor Code Section 406.096, or a Certificate of Authority to Self-Insure issued by the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation, or a valid coverage agreement showing compliance with Texas workers' compensation requirements.
