Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The work for this project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Repair and/or replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts at parking structures, as indicated. 2. Replacement and repair of damaged coping flashing and trim at parking structures, as indicated. 3. Replacement and repair of damaged and missing metal wall panels, locations as indicated. 4. Replacement and repair to gutters and down spouts at airfield lighting vault building. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive quote unless the sponsoring department has a justification to accept a quote that is not the lowest. The City of New Orleans/NOAB reserves the right: (1) to reject any or all quotes; and (2) to waive any informalities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
