Location(s) Boone, Arkansas Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes The Arkansas Department of Transportation (hereinafter called the "Department") will receive electronic bids for the Sale of Scrap Aluminum and Steel for the period of DOA thru June 30, 2026 with the option to renew upon mutual agreement by both parties. Bid Bond in the total amount of $500.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Surety Bonds may be submitted electronically through the online bidding process. If submitting a Surety Bond that is not compatible with Surety 2000 and Tinubu, your company still may do so.
