This project involves pavement maintenance of Pink House Road in the Borough of Sewickley Heights, including approximately 100 tons of fine grade scratch leveling course; 2,900 S.Y. of 1.5 municipal mill and overlay, including keyways and fine grade wearing course; and all associated traffic control, resident notifications, and site restoration, complete in place Add Alternate Bid No. 1 Add Alternate Bid No. 1 involves additional pavement maintenance on Pink House Road in the Borough of Sewickley Heights, including approximately 350 S.Y. of spot repairs, including keyways; and all associated traffic control, resident notifications, and site restoration Electronic copies will be provided at no cost upon request. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Borough of Sewickley Heights in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. If more time is necessary for the ascertainment of the lowest responsible bidder, the Borough reserves the right to award the contract at a later date, but not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date bids were submitted, and such date will be publicly announced immediately after the bids are opened. The Borough reserves the right to award the contract at their sole discretion.
