Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
All bids shall be submitted on Proposal forms furnished by The Authority. A Bidders Bond or Certified Check in the favor of the West View Water Authority shall accompany each Proposal, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Proposal, as evidence the Bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of an award. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids.
