As of August 21, 2025, the project has been awarded to the following: YOUNGBLOOD PAVING - $377,485.10 - CONTRACT A EL GRANDE INDUSTRIES - $55,098.75 - CONTRACT B with the total awarded amount of $432.583 Includes Pavement, and Curb maintenance of Borough Streets, including but not limited to the following: 3.5 Profile Milling, Soft Spot Repair, 2 of 19mm Superpave Binder Course, 1.5 of 9.5mm Fine Graded Superpave Wearing Course, Removal and Replacement of Concrete Curb, Removal and Replacement of Bituminous Wedge curb, ADA Curb Ramp Replacements, Line Striping, Traffic Control, Resident Notification, and Restoration, complete in place. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Borough of Sewickley in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified Docs notes : No refund will be made for the return of any documents. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents will be made available to Bidders at no charge by contacting jsargent@gatewayengineers.com However, the Bidder is advised that the Borough expressly reserves the right reject all Bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest qualified, responsible and responsive Bidder for the type of work being considered a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the Proposal,
