Separate and sealed proposals will be received by the West View Water Authority at the Distribution Center located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143, until the designated time for the following: LIQUID SODIUM PERMANGANATE FOR THE BEAVER COUNTY WATER TREATMENT PLANT RAW WATER INTAKE FACILITY. Copies of Specifications and Contract Documents will be provided via email to bidders and a hard copy may be obtained at the Distribution Center of the Authority. All bids shall be submitted on Proposal forms furnished by the Authority. A Bidders Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority shall accompany each Proposal, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Proposal, as evidence the Bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of an award. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids.
