The Work consists of: TEA # 160 Complete demolition of 1990s classroom/library addition and detached gym; Interior demolition of 1956 building down to structure; Renovation of existing south classroom wing for Grades 1-4 and Auditorium to remain as community asset; New single-story construction to include Pre-K, Kindergarten, 5th Grade, Special Education, Ancillary Classrooms, Gym, Dining, Kitchen, Media Center, and Administration spaces; Secured entry vestibule, accessible circulation upgrades, and repurposed courtyard as outdoor learning space for Art program. Site improvements include accessible ramps, updated fire lanes, new drainage and detention systems, and utility infrastructure upgrades; Landscape, irrigation, and hardscape enhancements at all street frontages; Life-cycle upgrades including full mechanical system replacement, new domestic water heating, complete sprinkler system, and updated lighting and finishes. Target enrollment capacity: 750 students. Construction is expected to begin 10/01/25 and be substantially complete in the fall and ready for the Fall semester in August 2027.
