DESCRIPTION Furnish labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to replace current fence and add new chain link fence, new crash barrier system, and razor wire at Eagle Mountain North Spillway For Proposals over $50,000, Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least two (2) percent of the total amount of the bid issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The bid security shall be a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and furnish any necessary bonds required by the District within ten (10) calendar days after the Contract has been awarded. The bid security shall be forfeited to the District should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or fail to provide acceptable bonds. The bid bond shall be made payable to the Tarrant Regional Water District. Project Start Date: 08/04/2025 Project Completion Date: 09/30/2025 Question Deadline 07/22/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including the bid of any bidder which does not meet the above criteria and/or the other terms and conditions expressed herein to the District's satisfaction. The District also reserves the right to waive all formalities and technicalities and to adopt the most advantageous construction of the Contract Documents or any applicable statute or code. For All Phases o Obtain 811 or TRWD GIS can be coordinated o Provide and install temporary fencing as needed to keep site secure o Working Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Site must be secure upon departure o Contractors must provide one PM that will always be present, and they must pass a TRWD provided Background Check o Contractors to have company marked vehicles or they can obtain a TRWD car tag for identification purposes while on the critical infrastructure site o Site to be cleaned of all debris created by this project.
