Tarrant County is seeking a Contractor to provide construction services for Tarrant County remodeling office at Precinct 1 (the works). Contractor shall consider, but not limited to: a) Examine the Works site and make allowances to accommodate existing conditions. b) Tarrant County has made available to the Contractor prior to the Date of Bid relevant information and data relating to the Site as described in the specifications document and Exhibit A, located in Attachments Tab on IOW System, which the Contractor is required to verify. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Contractor shall remove existing wall/door frame that divides office and closet space (non-low bearing). Tarrant County will keep the closet door (excluding the frame). B. Contractor shall: Contractor shall examine the office Site and make allowances in its costs to accommodate existing conditions. Contractor shall carry out its own verification of the site conditions, and shall inspect the work area, calculate, and verify demolition and removal of selected portions of interior wall or structure, instrumental, electrical, and mechanical room site elements. Remove and install new carpet tiles throughout entire office (closet is currently painted concrete). Remove electrical from dividing wall. Remove ceiling recessed lighting tiles (2) and replace with ceiling tile. (Tarrant County shall provide the ceiling tiles) Remove and install new kickboard throughout office. Realign ceiling tiles from where previous dividing wall existed to the extent of the closet wall. Add three additional wall outlets to interior closet walls (two on back wall; one on exterior wall), and any additional electrical work as determined upon inspection. Remove all demolished materials. Furnish all new materials needed. Furnish renovation timeframe and scheduling. Relocate all office furniture to a temporary location onsite during renovation / remodeling activities. Replace furniture once renovation /remodeling is complete in the same condition prior to construction. Work shall be done between Monday and Thursday 7AM to 4PM Tarrant County shall supply a secured area to store equipment and supplies onsite. Repaint beam Tape, bed and texture, paint where wall was removed Repaint all office walls after once work is complete.
