Effective December 11, 2023, the UCSB Design & Construction Services offices moved away from its on-campus location in Building 439 near Mesa Road and Stadium Road to its brand new offcampus facilites located at 6789 Navigator Way, in Goleta near Coromar Drive. Scope:- Remove gas fired packaged rooftop air handling units numbered dx-1 through dx-6. Modify previously retrofitted equipment curbs for dx-1 and dx-3 as required to bring curbs back to original condition. Demolish natural gas piping on roof and cap at roof penetrations. Install new packaged rooftop heat pump air handling units on existing curbs. Replace air handler condensate piping and supports. Replace fused disconnects. Estimated Construction Cost: $316,340 Bid Security: Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). PROJECT NO: FM987109
