The project consists of tenant fit-up of an existing pre-engineered metal building with office shell, build in 2007, required to outfit as an Apple Processing and Cold Storage Facility for local gown apples. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to let the contract in whole or in part and to waive formalities. Federal wage and hour provisions DO apply to this project.
