Questions Due Date: Jul 15th 2025, 5:00 PM PDT Online Portal To perform appurtenance modification and relocation, valve replacement, adjustment of utility structures to grade, and other pipeline protection, repair, and construction work on an as-needed basis on Calleguas Municipal Water District's facilities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this Notice Inviting Bids shall have the same meaning given to them in the Construction Services Agreement ("Agreement" or "Contract"). Each Bidder must submit all of the items described in this Notice Inviting Bids and listed in the Agreement provided by Calleguas and all of those items shall collectively constitute the "Bid". Calleguas reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities not affecting substantial rights, and delay award of the Contract for a period of up to 60 calendar days after the bid opening date.
