SCWA shall be responsible for the installation of rough electric. Finish work i.e., wiring and terminations shall be performed by SCWA or sub-contractor. The offeror shall be responsible for all other aspects of the project pertaining to furnishing, delivery and setting up of equipment. Proposals should be inclusive of labor, equipment, or parts, and set up. Vendor shall disclose all pertinent information such as drawings, equipment specifications, proposed timeline, etc 1. Furnish and installation of (2) Flo level II Charging stations (see attached specifications) o The vendor shall furnish, deliver, and install the units. The units will be surface mounted to the designated exterior wall as indicated in the attached drawings. 2. Incentive Management o SCWA qualifies for PSEG "EV Make-Ready Program- for rebate incentives for EV Charging projects. o Offeror shall be responsible for investigating the and maximizing rebate incentives for private usage. o Vendor shall file all necessary paperwork through PSEG Make Ready Program. o Vendor will receive a rebate amount in return for a direct reduction in their proposal. 3. Vendor shall add the new stations to the Flo software platform currently utilized by SCWA. o Software must allow for automatic reporting. o Software shall allow for accepting transactions, monitoring charging times, and assisting to build and manage the facilities revenue stream. o The software shall utilize a QR code and app, which allows the EV driver to pay for the charging of their vehicle. o The stations shall be open protocol, after the 5 years, the property will be able to utilize any software they want going forward to collect payments - it is anticipated that reporting to PSEG will no longer be a requirement after 5 years. o Vendor to furnish six (6) FLO charging cards pre-programmed to the SCWA Flo account. 4.
