Prices shall remain firm for one (1) year from award date, to allow for the possibility of additional purchases. 16' x 36' Bike Shelter Bike racks to accommodate at least 50 bicycles Aluminum framing with clear glazed walls Barrel metal roof Finish - dark bronze anodize Walls to be glazed full height (approx. 7' overall) with approximately 9" ventilation space at the bottom 2 Automatic swing doors with an internal electric strike for future card readers Fabrication methods shall provide for ease of erection Erection drawings that meet local requirements and are stamped by a Professional Engineer Shelter shall be tamperproof and free of sharp or irregular edges or corners All mounting hardware is to be factory-supplied Minimum one-year warranty Please provide the price for one (1) complete bike shelter and applicable discounts for additional shelters purchased within one (1) year from contract award.
