Construction of a new headworks, mechanical screening, grit removal and pumps, grit classifier, and splitter box. 2. Construction of a new flow equalization basin, hydraulic mixing and aeration system, odor control, aluminum cover, and dry-pit submersible pumps. 3. Construction of fine screens upstream of MBR system. 4. Construction of a new activated sludge treatment process consisting of anaerobic, 1st anoxic, aeration, swing, and 2nd anoxic basins. Equipment includes submersible mixers, turbo blowers, aluminum covers, odor control and fine bubble diffusers. 5. Construction of MBR filtration system consisting of membrane units, RAS pumps, process scour blowers, permeate pumps, chemical cleaning system, piping, valves, and miscellaneous appurtenances. 6. Construction of a new sludge holding tank that includes coarse bubble diffusers, submersible mixers, and odor control. 7. Construction of a new dewatering facility that includes two (2) screw presses, polymer system, sludge feed pumps, screw conveyors, and truck loading bays. 8. Construction of two (2) new reject ground storage tanks, and effluent transfer pump station. 9. Construction of a new chlorine contact chamber, chemical storage tank and associated piping. 10. Yard piping improvements to connect the new processes and tie ins to existing piping. 11. Construction of blower/electrical building, electrical and instrumentation improvements, and miscellaneous civil improvements. 12. Piping connections for the proposed deep injection well (injection well construction by others). The Work includes: 1. Furnishing of all labor, select materials, superintendence, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, services, and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work. 2. Maintaining the Work area and site in a clean and acceptable manner. 3. Protection of finished and unfinished Work. 4. Repair and restoration of Work or existing facilities damaged during construction. 5. Furnishing as necessary proper equipment and machinery, of a sufficient capacity, to facilitate the Work and to handle all emergencies normally encountered in Work of this character. 6. Furnishing, installing, and protecting all necessary guides, track rails, bearing plates, anchor and attachment bolts, and all other appurtenances needed for the installation of the devices included in the equipment specified. Make anchor bolts of appropriate size, strength and material for the purpose intended. Furnish substantial templates and shop drawings for installation. The estimated project budget is $133,525,000.00.
