Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 4,000-square-foot multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development.
The Facilities Management Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department") has issued this informal competition Quick Quote (hereinafter, "QQ") with the intent of obtaining quotes from interested vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. GENERAL PROVISIONS The General Provision contain the details of the project's scope including stakeholder expectations for communication, reporting and adherence to the project schedule. Project Scope Statement The property is .32 acres with an approximately 4,000 square-foot duplex. Property details may be found on CollierAppraiser.com. The Danford Duplex Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Project shall conclude with a fully cleared and restored property following demolition of the facility and all related infrastructure including utilities, demolition, any accessory infrastructure with level ground using compact fill meeting Section 5 - Acceptance Criteria. Collier County is seeking to legally abate asbestos and demolish the Danford Duplex owned by Collier County Real Property . Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
