Reference Number 0000296924 Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 15, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online - Yes Pricing Lump sum This project intends to install catwalks where building technicians are required to access heating and cooling valves for seasonal changeover (Penthouse) or the repair/replacement of the existing heating and cooling valves located on the 9th floor mechanical penthouse. Replace sixty valves with motorized valves. Refer to drawings for scope of services. (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date. And Ii. A Surety Consent Indicating That, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1. Of This Itt, the Surety Company Will Furnish the Contract Security Which Shall Include a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond of the Bid Price or a Consent From the Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank That an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in the Amount of 50% of the Bid Price Will Be Furnished.
