Repair or replace casing rings, impeller, all gaskets and seals d. Ceramic coat impeller, volute and stuffing box e. Balance all rotating parts f. Assemble rotating parts in pump g. Hydrostatically test to assure leak free h. Deliver to site and re-install and test run i. Column pipe and sleeve replacement j. Shafting/Spiders bearings replaced k. Rebuild protective basket in surge tank l. Rebuild all motor mounts
