Reference Number 0000391539 Purchase and installation of two (2) 10,500-gallon commericial rated liquid storage tanks according to the specifications herein. o The system includes two (2) 10,500-gallon Commercial rated liquid storage tanks. The tanks need to be single walled. Tanks must have a specific gravity rating of 1.9, tanks to be "natural white color" (dark color not acceptable) and equipped with gallonage indicator (either molded or decal is acceptable). Tanks need to be constructed of high density linear (HDLPE) polyethylene which is weldable and recyclable. Tanks designed for atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature (100 degrees F.). All polyethylene resin materials shall contain a minimum of a U.V. 8 stabilizer as compounded by the resin manufacturer. o Tank to be equipped with 3" diameter through wall siphon tube equipped bulkhead fitting located at base of tank for loading and unloading. o Tank to be equipped with 2" diameter through wall bulkhead fitting located approximately 19" from base of tank for recirculating product and another 2" diameter fitting directly across (180 degrees) from it. Total of two (2) 2" "through wall" bulkhead fittings for eductor circuit. Tanks to be equipped with eductor system extending diameter of tank from one 2" fitting to the other. o Tank to be equipped with 2" U-tube tank vent in top of tank requiring installation of 2" "though wall" bulkhead fitting in top of tank. o Tank to be equipped with 18" manhole. o Tank fittings to be bolted, PP (polyethylene) type, with EPDM gaskets and Stainless-Steel bolts. o Tank to be equipped with one (1) 3" full flow Banjo polypropylene 6 bolt self-aligning ball valve at tank inlet. o Tank to be equipped with one (1) 2" full flow Banjo polypropylene 4 bolt ball valve at eductor inlet. o Bid to include shipping charges, labor for installation and travel charges. All fittings must be installed in tanks, eductor kits must be installed, and tanks must be set in place per customers' instructions. Workmanship for installation to be high quality and professional.
