Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work shall include the shaving or grinding of concrete sidewalk trip hazards at the identified locations by the city. All trip hazards removed shall comply with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act standards and shall include a warranty of work according to these standards. Work will take place at approximately 303 identified locations with a measured total bid quantity of 4,217 linear feet. Pricing shall be provided in a unit price format such that areas may be added or removed for better contract management. Shaving locations are identified by the web map and list in Attachment A. Work shall not begin before August 4, 2025, and no work shall be permitted on Thursday October 17, Friday October 17, or Friday October 31, 2025 The completion time for this project shall be no later than November 30, 2025.
