UNC Parking Decks LED Lighting Safety Upgrades - Jackson Parking Deck The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The scope of this project will include the demolition, removal, and disposal of existing lighting fixtures in the Jackson Parking Deck, and the installation of new lighting fixtures throughout. New surge protective devices are being added to power distribution panels. Emergency lighting circuits are being added to serve egress paths. New exit signs are being installed. Demolition shall include the removal and recycling and/or legal disposal of debris including possibly hazardous materials including, but not limited to, ballasts and mercury containing lamps and thermostats.
