Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Joplin is Requesting Qualification Statements From Qualified Firms to Provide Professional Engineering Services for the 2025 Cdbg-dr Sidewalks Project. A General Description of the Scope of Work is in the Rfq. A Detailed Scope of Work Will Be Developed in Conjunction With the Selected Firm as Part of the Contract Development Process. This Project is Funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (Hud) Through the Community Development Block Grant--disaster Recovery Program (Cdbg-dr-1). The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time. City of Joplin Reserves the Right to Refuse and Reject Any or All Qualifications and to Waive Any or All Formalities or Technicalities or to Accept the Firm(S) Who City of Joplin in Its Sole Discretion Determines to Be Most Qualified, and Hold the Qualification for a Period of 90 Days Without Taking Action. Qualifications Submitted Past the Deadline Date and Time Will Not Be Accepted. Caution to Those Submitting Qualifications; Those Not in the Proper Form May Be Rejected.
