FY2026 Street Repairs Wages paid to all laborers must comply withapplicable state wage laws. The Town reserves the right to reject any orall bids, waive any or all formalities, andelect to have all, some, or none of the workto be completed under the awarded bid. General Work Information The work consists of providing asphalt or concrete, plus certain machines at hourly rates for the repair and maintenance of the roads and streets within the corporate limits of the Town of New Hope, Texas, from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Please see the Specifications and Bid Form for more detailed work information. Requirements of Bid Submission Location: Bids for the Towns annual contract for the repair and maintenance of the Towns streets and roads will be received via mail to Town of New Hope, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, TX 75071, or via hand delivery by contacting the Town Secretary at 972-548-2489 or via email to secretary@newhopetx.gov. Envelopes: Bids are to be placed in a separate sealed envelope addressed to the Honorable Mayor Andrew Reitinger, Town of New Hope, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071. Contractor's company name, address, and name of project (New Hopes 2025-2026 Road Maintenance Agreement) must be printed or typed on the upper left corner of the envelope.
