Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the installation of approximately 10,900 linear feet of 16-inch Water Line, 560 linear feet of 12-inch water line, and 60 linear feet of 8-inch waterline along with its corresponding HDPE casing installed through trenchless methods under roadway and water line appurtenances. It includes approximately 2,170 LF of 20-inch Water Line to provide redundancy for the Sand Dollar Pump Station. The rehabilitation of approximately 4,600 linear feet of 16-inch Water line via pressure rated cipp liner. Line shall not deviate from existing records. Lastly, the removal of existing asbestos cement water line, cast iron water line, and ductile iron water line within TxDOT ROW. The asbestos water line will be grout abandoned underneath pavement. This solicitation includes a base and two addititve alternates. Alternate A is for the rehabilitation of existing 16" dia. AC Transmission Main via Inserted Reinforced Hose System (Bulletliner), and Alternate B is for the rehabilitation of existing 16" dia. AC Transmission Main via Close Tolerance Pipe Slurrification (CTPS) with Fusible PVC.
