The Lakeside Drive/Lake Merritt Boulevard Complete Streets Paving Project will upgrade the existing bicycle and pedestrian facilities on Lakeside Drive between 14th Street and 19th Street, and Lake Merritt Boulevard between Clay Street and International Boulevard. Proposed improvements include but are not limited to: Raised curb protected bicycle lanes, striped buffered bicycle lanes, ADA compliant curb ramps, median and sidewalk improvements, storm drain systems, pavement rehabilitation, signing and striping, pedestrian and street lighting, traffic signal modifications, and landscaping.
