**As of August 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Accent, with an awarded amount of $120,547.88.** The Hosted Cloud Based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) based telephone system shall be a fully VoIP network telephone system and shall provide twisted pair cable-based voice communication. Telephones shall be served via a cloud based hosted call feature server and voice mail system. This telephone system will utilize the existing Category 5e or better cabling system. The telephone system will be integral with the data network. The telephone system will allow utilization of a local area network, wide area network, or Internet for voice communication. The system shall provide for cloud storage of all recorded calls indefinitely. It is this contractors responsibility to interconnect to the existing cabling infrastructure to provide a fully functional telephone system.
