This project involves the resurfacing of several streets within the City of Greenville. Specific work is to include the milling of existing asphalt, and the placement of tack coat, new asphalt, pavement markings, and spot full depth repair. Traffic shall be maintained throughout the project. The City of Greenville is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 08/20/2025 Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Planholders who have purchased plans and specifications for this project. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to City of Greenville. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus shipping account number, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon non-refundable payment of $47.00 for each set. Bidding Documents also may be examined online and the office of Planning and Zoning on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m and Fridays from 8:00 and 1:00pm.
