The work for which proposals are invited is Water Reclamation Facility Biosolids Management CY25-26 land application of sludges and hauling of sludges from the Greenville Water Reclamation Facility including associated functions as described in the specifications. The one (1) year contract (with one (1) year extension optional. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. The potential bidder MUST be listed as a plan holder prior to the bid opening date/time to place a bid. The City of Greenville, Ohio is an equal opportunity employer M/F. Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a bid guaranty and contract bond in the accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.
