Renovation of a municipal facility in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All questions must be received in writing and will be answered directly to the person making the inquiry and also posted to the City's website. Work Description: 1. Removal and Replacement: o Remove existing doors and associated jambs. o Install new doors andjambs at each location. 2. Door Assembly Specifications: o Each new door shall be '/2-lite reinforced glass, consistent with the style currently in place. o Include glass lettering to match existing conditions. o Doors A and C shall retain and reuse the existing internal office notification buttons. o All doors shall be prepared for access control systems; electric strikes to be installed by others. 3. Hardware Requirements: o New lever-type locksets (key-in-knob style) to replace existing locking devices. o Include hinges, door sweeps, closers, weatherstripping, and internal kickplates with each door installation. 4. Finishes: o Paint all doors andjambs; final color to be determined by the Owner. o All finishing to match or complement existing adjacent finishes. 5. Additional Work: o The awarded contractor is responsible for any necessary repairs to surrounding materials or finishes affected by the removal and installation of new door assemblies.
