This project consists of constructing a new Package Wastewater Treatment Plant incorporating site improvements for the secondary wastewater treatment process, disinfection, solids management, and effluent disposal. There are two (2) structures in this project consisting of a control building and WWTP canopy building. All required and necessary items for which there are no specific pay items shall be considered as incidental work for a complete project. Costs for all required and necessary items shall be considered incidental and included in the bid prices of the various pay items provided within the Schedule of Values.
