Renovation of a fire / police facility in Pahala, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project generally consists of removing and replacing Dormitory Building metal roofing, roof supplement bracing and purlin installation, roof framing, removal of existing gable soffit framing, new soffit, gutter and downspout installation, all in accordance with the plans and specs. Also, remove and replace Apparatus Building metal roofing, roof framing and bracing, replacing of roof mounted lighting, electrical conduits installation, demolition of electrical disconnect and conduits of existing bay doors, removal of plymovent system, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days.
