The project is a chip seal and fog seal of the existing gravel-surfaced roadway of Long Acre Drive, west of South Valley Drive. This addendum forms a part of the contract documents and modifies the specifications, contract documents, and plans as further described. Payment for the work will be made to the Contractor, by check, within a reasonable time after the completion of the contracted work, receipt of a signed voucher, and approval by the Council. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive all informalities, and to accept the quote that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City.
