General Work Description: The Base Bid scope of work, in general, includes: the removal and replacement of specified areas of AC paving, cold plane and overlay of specified areas of existing AC paving, striping and parking bumper installation; reconstruction of the curbs as shown on the plans; chain link fence repairs; and relocation of existing sheds. The Add Alternate No. 1 scope of work, in general, includes: the trenching and installation of conduit and pull boxes for electrical equipment and future chargers. The Add Alternate No. 2 scope of work, in general, includes: the installation of the main switchboard, bus duct, transfer switch, switchboard A, Charge Point equipment, all cables shown on the electrical plans, concrete equipment pads and grounding, fixed bollards, and coordination with PG&E for installation of the new service point.
