Establishment of a contract to supply all labor, material, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the following job on a 3-cell aerated Lagoon Wastewater System with design capacity of 0.805 MGD located at: Elayn Hunt Correctional Center All work to be done per specifications listed in Attachment B - Specifications. Agency Contact Keith Anderson at 225-716-3263. Amount of bid bond required: addressed in the special terms and conditions section if applicable. Amount of performance bond, if required: addressed in the special terms and conditions section. Method of Award: It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award. This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Wastewater Treatment Services as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - Elayn Hunt Correctional Center for the initial period beginning with Jor date of award and ending June 30, 2026. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.
