Remodeling and renovation of a fire / police facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a eight-story above grade fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The project includes the partial remodel of an existing 8-story building. The demolition was awarded under a separate contract. The phase 2 scope of work includes: Storefront Assemblies, Curtainwall Assemblies, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communications, Metal Ceilings, Hollow Metal and Aluminum Doors, TPO Roof Replacement, Joint Sealants. The project is currently scheduled to begin in fall 2025 and finish in summer 2026.
