It is the Intent of This Invitation to Bid to Establish Pricing for Furnishing Snow Removal Operations Utilizing Snow Cats on Wyoming Highway 130 and 70, Wyoming, for an Expected Two Months Not to Exceed Four Months of Snow Removal, on an Annual Contract Basis, as Needs Occur.
