Proposals are being requested from qualified engineering consultants to furnish design, bidding, and construction administration services for the Missouri Avenue Improvements 15th Street to 21st Street Project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists of the following work on Missouri Avenue from East 15th Steet to East 21st Street: Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer, Drainage, Asphalt, Sidewalk/Curbwalk/Curb&Gutter, and ADA Improvements. FUNDING The adopted Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) budget includes $2,115,170. This FY26 budget includes all permitting, bidding, engineering, construction administration services, and construction within the scope and work of this RFP. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Scope of Services shall, at a minimum, include the following: A. Design Phase. 1. The Consultant shall meet with City representatives to discuss proposed project configuration and layout. 2. The Consultant shall conduct field surveys to collect topographic data, existing utilities, and surface elevations for the purpose of providing an appropriate alignment and to establish grades needed to provide positive drainage throughout the corridor. 3. The Consultant shall prepare plan sheetsthat have been approved and signed by a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the State of Wyoming. Right-of-Way & Utility Plan indicating clearance of right-of-way and plan and profiles of all utilities to be replaced or modified.
