Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of work on the following street sections: - 9 th Street (Chestnut Street - Spruce Street) - 10th Street (Poplar Street - Spruce Street) - 11th Street (Poplar Street - Spruce Street) - 12th Street (Poplar Street - Walnut Street) - 13th Street (Poplar Street - CY Avenue) - reduced scope in paved street section. - 14th Street (Poplar Street - CY Avenue) - Cedar Street (14th Street - Collins Drive) - Chestnut Street (13th Street - Collins Drive) - Walnut Street (CY Avenue - Collins Drive) The project consists of the following components o Water System Fire Hydrants, Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Storm Sewer Piping and Manholes, Streets, Curb & Gutter, Curbwalk, Sidewalk, and ADA Improvements. o The Local Assessment District (LAD) process will be included with this project. The total project budget including all design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, materials testing, and construction. 4. Completion of Design Services: January 30, 2026 5. Completion of Construction Services: January 28, 2028 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
