As of August 28, 2025 project was awarded to Depatco but awarded amount is not available Furnishing all equipment, material, and labor for the project en-titled 6th North Road Extension. The project consists of the contractor furnishing all materials,equipment, and labor including cutting and removal of asphalt,removal of existing gravel/dirt to sub-base and installation,grading, and compaction of pit run gravel, 3/4 " road base gravel,curb & gutter, asphalt surfacing, sidewalk, lighting, signing and other related work meeting the plans and specifications. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to City of Sugar City as referenced above with the name of the project and include the date and time of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check, ca-shier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) ofthe amount of the bid is required with each bid.All work and materials are to be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and are to be guaranteed fora period of one year following final written acceptance by the Engineer. Successful bidder shall supply the required Sure-ties including Payment and Performance Bonds executed by a Corporate Surety licensed in the State of Idaho, each in the amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. The City of Sugar City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive any informality in the proposals received and to accept the proposals from the Contractor they deem most beneficial to the district.
