The project includes: lining of approximately 7,139 linear feet of 8-inch diameter pipe and 92 linear feet of 10-inch diameter pipe, remotely reinstating approximately 122 service laterals, and rehabilitation of approximately 58 manholes. The work is located within the boundary of MSD (located in Midvale City.) The work shall include, but not be limited to, the supply and installation of associated material for the continuous rehabilitation of gravity mainline pipe by the Ultra-Violet (UV) Light Glass Reinforced Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) process. The work shall also include, but not be limited to, the supply and installation of associated material for the rehabilitation of manholes using 100% Solids Epoxy. The manholes are located within the alignment(s) of the CIPP project. The successful contractor shall provide traffic control and bypass pumping as required for the project. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Prebid Meeting A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. MSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or items within a bid, at its sole discretion. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed in Utah or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license at the time of award. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
