Site work for a municipal facility in Park City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Respondent will provide engineering design services for the upgrade of an electrical transformer and CT cabinet. PCMC intends to contract a single firm to provide the services. PROJECT DEADLINE: Contract start is anticipated by August 31, 2025. Design finalization is expected by October 31, 2025. Construction for the transformer and CT cabinet upgrade is anticipated between Spring 2026 or Spring 2027, dependent on the delivery of the equipment to PCMC. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the agreement shall be for two years, with the option to renew thereafter for up to two additional terms of one year dependent on construction completion. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing to the Utah Public Procurement Place ("U3P") Online. Please read the Questions Section available through Online before submitting a question because your question may have already been addressed. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
