A timeline for award has not yet been established.** A Summary of the Work Items is Included Below: Drilling of a Dual Rotary Production Well Logging and Testing of Production Well Water Quality Testing, if Required. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to Alabaster Water Board, in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, he must submit a written request to the Engineer for interpretations thereof. The persons submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
