Janitorial ServicesSealed Bids to Provide Labor and Equipment to Perform Janitorial Services for the Alabaster City Board of Education ("Board") at All Schools (Creekview Elementary, Meadow View Elementary, Thompson Intermediate, Thompson Middle, Thompson High and Central Office to Include Alternative School and Champions Craft Academy) in Alabaster, Alabama ("Buildings") Each Bidder is Responsible for Mailing on Delivering Its Bid So That It Will Be Actually Received at the Above Address and Location at or Before the Specified Bid Opening Time; Bids Received After That Time Will Not Be Considered. To Be Considered for the Award. An Interested Contractor, in Its Response to This Invitation, Also Must Complete and Return the Janitorial Service Contract Bid Response Form That is Included in the Bidder Information Materials, Have the Experience and Qualifications Stipulated for the Award, and Comply With All Requirements in Those Materials. Bids Completed in Pencil Will Not Be Accepted. Bids Shall Be Clearly Marked "Sealed Bid, and the Bidder Should Indicate on the Outside of the Envelope Containing Its Bid the Name of This Project (I.e., the "Janito Rial Services Contract" and the Abovenoted Date and Time of Bid Opening. The Board is Conducting This Process and Will Award the Associated Contract for the Services in Compliance With the Competitive Bid Laws of the State of Alabama. The Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Formalities Related to Submitted Bids.
