The Sewer System Rehabilitation is a utility improvements project with several functions for the Moscow, Tennessee community. NPDES: TN0021164 The Project includes rehabilitation of the existing sewer collection system. Rehabilitation methods include cured-inplace pipe, open cut replacement and point repairs. This project is being supported American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
