Elbridge Water Line Replacement The Elbridge Water Association will be soliciting bids for Elbridge Water Line Replacement, located at Elbridge, Tennessee. The Elbridge Water Line Replacement is a utility improvement project with several functions for the Elbridge, Tennessee community. Project consists of 4" and 6" boring of 26 creek locations in Obion County, installation of valves, and flush hydrant assemblies. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of Elbridge Water Association. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
