The Elbridge Water Association will be soliciting bids for Elbridge Zone Meters located in Elbridge, Tennessee. The Elbridge Zone Meters is a utility improvement project with several functionsfor the Elbridge, Tennessee community. The supplier will provide a cellular based, solar powered, zone meter assembly for Owner installation. This project is being supported American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
