All proposals should be marked with the following language: ENGINEERING SERVICES STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TOWN OF OBION ARPA FUNDS. Qualifications will be evaluated on the following factors: o Qualifications and Availability of Key Personnel (40 points) o Experience and Technical Expertise (30 points) oScope of Services (30 points) To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail: o Qualifications - Availability of qualified personnel and capacity of the firm to carry-out professional engineering services. o Experience - Experience and technical expertise of the firm and its personnel as well as information regarding projects previously undertaken, including the types and cost of projects. o Scope of Services - Summarize scope and type of services understanding of program and tasks. The Town of Obion is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Town encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit qualifications. The Town of Obion will award a contract to the qualified firm whose statement of qualifications has the highest number of cumulative points issued by the Town and determined to be the most advantageous to the Town. The contract will include scope and extent of work and other essential requirements. The Town of Obion reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
